Job Description
This position requires a highly skilled front-end technical expert to lead and contribute to the development of cross-platform applications. The role involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing front-end systems to ensure seamless user experiences across web, browser plugins, and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of web applications, browser extensions, and cross-platform solutions, ensuring consistent performance and user experience across devices and browsers.
- Design and maintain the front-end core platform, including the creation of reusable components, tooling frameworks, and performance optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and resolve complex technical challenges during implementation.
- Conduct user experience research and testing, working with product managers and UI designers to refine product usability and ensure alignment with user expectations.
- Implement and iterate on front-end engineering systems, including code quality standards, automation pipelines, and technical documentation processes.
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on current projects and proposing innovative solutions.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to best practices in front-end development.
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in front-end development with a strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with proficiency in modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience in building cross-platform applications (Web, iOS, Android) using tools such as React Native, Flutter, or hybrid frameworks, with a focus on performance and compatibility.
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture, including state management, API integration, and responsive design principles for multi-device environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of debugging complex issues, optimizing code efficiency, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with product managers, UI designers, and backend engineers while presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and technical innovation.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing methodologies (unit testing, integration testing) to ensure robust development practices.
