Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and produce reports and dashboards including Weekly & Monthly Finance reporting dashboards, Monthly Management Packs, Segmented P&Ls, and Monthly cost centre dashboards for Finance Business Partnering.
 - Produce financial metrics and reports for quarterly board decks and monthly investor reports, including financial information and high-level metrics.
 - Support budgeting and reforecasting processes, including overseeing Budget/RFC uploads to Netsuite and LRP.
 - Assist the VP Finance in scrutinizing the current cost base and developing the business’s Target Operating Model and path to profitability.
 - Manage financial control for AP spend, ensuring costs are properly scrutinized and challenged before approval.
 - Assess new Business Cases for financial viability (ROI, breakeven, cash flow) and recommend approval or rejection.
 - Work with Business Owners to optimize business plans, ensuring financial success while maintaining controls.
 - Maintain a centralized repository of all live vendor contracts, tracking start/end dates, total contract value (TCV), and monthly costs.
 - Identify and cancel unnecessary contracts to reduce costs.
 - Produce financial reports for investors as per their information rights and quarterly requirements.
 - Conduct periodic reviews of Financial Controls to ensure compliance and efficiency.
 
Other Responsibilities
- Gather information from various sources using effective research tools.
 - Produce accurate work and deliverables to a high technical standard.
 - Continuously maintain and improve templates and standard operating procedures.
 - Perform any other tasks and projects assigned by the Business Controller.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
 - Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
 - Strong proficiency in financial software such as Netsuite and advanced Excel skills.
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 - Experience in contract management and financial controls is a plus.
 - Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
