Job Description
 This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing online trading and holiday-themed activities to attract new customers and enhance user conversion. The position requires continuous innovation in activity formats and a data-driven approach to achieve both short-term and long-term operational goals. 
Key Responsibilities
- Sort out and continuously optimize the activity SOP process, activity execution/recording standards, and activity templates.
 - Plan and operate online trading activities, holiday-themed events, etc., to attract new customers and improve user conversion, achieving phased and long-term goals.
 - Drive innovation and iteration of activity forms through competitor research, user questionnaires, and exploring new gameplay to enhance diversity and effectiveness.
 - Monitor industry user trends, identify hot topics, and plan activities aligned with product features to develop promotional strategies.
 - Collect, monitor, and analyze activity data, conduct post-event reviews, and optimize processes to meet time and quality requirements.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning and operations, preferably in e-commerce or online trading platforms.
