Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized online and offline activities in line with the company's strategic goals and brand positioning to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
 - Gain deep insights into the target city's market demands, user characteristics, and competitive landscape, and tailor activity content to reflect local characteristics.
 - Collect user feedback and data during activities to continuously optimize activity formats and content, strengthening interactions between the brand and its users.
 - Monitor and evaluate the entire lifecycle of activities, regularly reporting on execution effectiveness and promotion results while proposing improvement strategies.
 
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and content teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
 - Manage event budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
 - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our events remain innovative and competitive.
 - Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support event operations.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
 - Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or operations.
 - Strong understanding of local markets in Dubai, Latam, Poland, Netherlands, or France.
 - Excellent project management and organizational skills.
 - Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
 - Proficiency in English; additional languages relevant to the regions are a plus.
