Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new high-potential opportunities and partnerships with upcoming and leading DeFi protocols.
 - Own and manage existing IPFi partnerships, helping existing builders to enhance user adoption, go-to-market strategies, and product optimization.
 - Maintain an up-to-date database and coordinate with the broader team to ensure successful execution of partnerships.
 - Collaborate closely with our technical team and other departments to ensure DeFi partners align with market needs and business goals.
 - Assist with market research to identify strategic KOLs, thought leaders, and potential whales/liquidity providers for ecosystem partners.
 - Help maintain relationships with strategic regional players in the DeFi space and build a robust distribution network to support ecosystem projects.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, on major initiatives to achieve maximum synergy.
 - Lead new initiatives to maximize the impact of IPFi protocols, both independently and in collaboration with IP projects on Story.
 - Support the Head of IPFi’s initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the team.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in the DeFi space, with a strong understanding of protocols, partnerships, and ecosystem dynamics.
 - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage partnerships effectively.
 - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
 - Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and identify strategic opportunities.
 - Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 - Experience in go-to-market strategies and product optimization is a plus.
 - Familiarity with KOLs, thought leaders, and liquidity providers in the DeFi ecosystem.
 - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
