• Experience in marketing within the crypto industry, including familiarity with DeFi and meme culture.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English copywriting and editing for various outputs.
• Knowledge of operating and strategizing on social media platforms like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Experience in community operation and content planning for Web3 projects, with an emphasis on collaboration and independent execution.

Corex, likely a Web3 or cryptocurrency-focused company, is seeking a Director of Marketing to spearhead its ecosystem growth and brand promotion in a competitive industry. The recruitment intent appears to be driven by the need for an innovative leader who can effectively advance the Corex TVL Growth Plan, coordinate project launches, and create engaging content that resonates with the crypto community. This suggests Corex values candidates with deep industry knowledge, strong execution capabilities, and an ability to leverage token-based incentives for long-term sustainability, indicating a focus on building a scalable, community-driven ecosystem rather than just short-term gains.

From the interviewer's perspective, candidates should demonstrate a strong alignment with Corex's crypto-centric culture, showcasing expertise in driving ecosystem connections and content innovation. Key assessment points include evaluating the candidate's portfolio for evidence of successful social media or content campaigns, their understanding of DeFi and meme-based engagement strategies, and their ability to collaborate effectively while handling tasks independently. Candidates should also exhibit good communication skills and proven experience in community management to ensure they can contribute to Corex's TVL growth objectives.
