Job Description
Senior DevOps Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our infrastructure platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while ensuring high availability and reliability of our core systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, operate and continuously optimize company infrastructure platforms including CMDB, OA, monitoring, alerting and other core systems
- Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters, implementing resource automation scheduling and cost optimization through tools like Karpenter
- Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform for automated infrastructure management
- Establish and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, ArgoCD) to ensure standardized, traceable and auditable delivery processes
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to continuously improve developer experience (DX) and R&D efficiency, implementing practices like AI-assisted development and Vibe Development
- Ensure system stability through troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement to maintain high availability and reliability
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Linux operating systems and Shell scripting
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Helm
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Karpenter
- Experience building GitOps and CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI and ArgoCD
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services deployment and operations including VPC, EKS, EC2, S3, and CloudFront
- Development experience with Golang or Python, and familiarity with common middleware like MySQL and Redis
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development (Vibe Development) to improve development and operations efficiency
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation and structured thinking with focus on engineering quality and developer experience
- Ability to independently perform problem identification, failure analysis and root cause investigation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science with 5+ years of relevant operations experience
- Understanding of intelligent agent systems like Agent Loop and Agentic AI
- Experience with cloud-native platform construction, R&D efficiency platforms or AI Native Engineering
Location
