Job Description
The Developer Relations Lead will be responsible for building and nurturing a thriving developer community around the Talus Network. This role involves engaging with developers across various platforms, advocating for their needs, and creating technical content to support their success. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the developer community and internal teams, ensuring a seamless developer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture a thriving developer community by engaging on forums, social media, and events. Organize and host virtual/in-person meetups, webinars, hackathons, and workshops.
  • Developer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of developers within Talus, providing feedback to product and engineering teams. Promote best practices, share case studies, and resolve technical issues.
  • Content Creation & Communication: Develop technical content (blogs, videos, tutorials, documentation) to showcase Talus Network's capabilities. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and promote the platform.
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth: Identify and establish relationships with key partners and developer influencers. Work with engineering to integrate feedback into the product roadmap and create developer incentives like bounty programs.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in developer relations, community management, or technical advocacy.
  • Strong technical background with ability to write code examples and resolve developer issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for creating content and engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Experience organizing developer events (hackathons, meetups, webinars).
  • Active presence on developer platforms like GitHub, StackOverflow, Twitter, and Discord.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Passion for decentralized technologies and growing developer ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with blockchain or decentralized application platforms.
  • Existing network within the web3/blockchain developer community.
  • Background in creating technical documentation and educational resources.
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks or similar distributed systems.
