Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Determine the brand's visual style and communication strategy, including color schemes, fonts, icons, and other visual elements
• Design and optimize user interfaces to ensure smooth and intuitive user experiences for both mobile and web platforms
• Establish and maintain comprehensive design guidelines and standards to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Create NFT images and various graphic designs, including promotional materials, briefings, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to execute design projects
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design solutions

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in digital product design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and brand identity development
• Experience with NFT design and understanding of blockchain concepts is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in agile development environments
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Understanding of motion design principles
• Experience designing for Web3 or blockchain-related products
