We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and analyze platform data, providing visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze core business metrics, identifying anomalies and driving problem resolution.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to uncover growth opportunities from user behavior and business data.
- Design and maintain data analysis dashboards, producing regular reports and insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and data analysis methodologies, continuously improving dashboards and building analytical frameworks.
- Assist in establishing standardized data analysis processes to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, preferably in internet or blockchain industries.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one data analysis language (Python/R), with strong data processing and visualization skills.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
- Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking, capable of independent analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Results-driven with excellent cross-departmental communication and stress management skills.
