Location: Remote
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee and maintain our English-speaking communities on Telegram and Discord. This role involves engaging with users, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive community experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of English communities (Telegram/Discord)
- Provide timely and professional responses to user inquiries (including trading, account, deposit/withdrawal issues)
- Guide users through basic operations (registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and trading processes)
- Monitor community sentiment to identify potential risks or negative feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle exceptions, complaints, and emergencies
- Maintain community order by managing violations, spam, and malicious behavior
- Collect user feedback and compile common issues for internal reporting
- Assist in executing community activities (events, AMAs, campaigns) to boost engagement
Job Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency (Chinese is a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or community management at a cryptocurrency exchange
- Familiarity with basic Web3 concepts (wallets, transactions, gas fees, networks)
- Proficiency in Telegram, Discord, and other community tools
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and strong service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure with quick response times
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Basic Excel skills for data recording
- Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and teamwork
Working Hours
Shift-based system (24/7 coverage, three shifts)
