Job Description
The Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging marketing ideas with high virality and user participation. This role focuses on identifying trending topics in crypto, internet culture, and social media, then transforming them into creative marketing campaigns. The specialist will design activity concepts, user interaction mechanisms, and social media hooks to drive engagement. Additionally, this position involves participating in large-scale campaign planning for sports partnerships, trading competitions, and online events. Continuous research on industry competitors, community trends, and innovative marketing cases is required. Collaboration with brand, social media, content, product, and regional teams is essential to foster creative development. The role also includes exploring new directions for community interaction and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently generate marketing/campaign ideas with strong传播性 (virality) and user engagement
- Identify trending topics in crypto, internet culture, and social media, converting them into marketing strategies
- Design activity concepts, user interaction mechanisms, and social media hooks
- Participate in creative planning for large campaigns including sports collaborations, trading competitions, and online events
- Research industry competitors, community trends, and innovative marketing cases
- Collaborate with brand, social media, content, product, and regional teams to drive creative孵化 (incubation)
- Continuously explore new directions for community interaction and user engagement
Job Requirements
- High sensitivity to internet culture, trends, and social media dynamics
- Deep familiarity with platforms like X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, and Telegram
- Strong intuition for "what content will go viral"
- Creative thinking, curiosity, and strong internet awareness
- Interest in crypto, Web3, sports, AI, and meme culture is a plus
- Ability to quickly transform trends into marketing concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Open to fresh graduates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social media, content creation, event planning, or community management
- Familiarity with crypto user culture and trading community ecosystems
- Personal content accounts, meme accounts, or creator experience is advantageous
