Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for content output on various social platforms, including but not limited to Weibo, WeChat, posters, H5, operations and community management
- Create high-quality content based on brand needs, such as press releases, third-party materials, research reports, and event copy
- Research and analyze user feedback based on published content to improve engagement and performance
- Develop video scripts and handle group Q&A sessions to enhance audience interaction
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure visual and textual consistency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience with video content creation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Canva)
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Experience in community management and engagement
