Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns for brand and user acquisition, ensuring alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy and growth objectives.
 - Produce engaging content for multiple channels including social media, email marketing, infographics, blog posts, and advertisements. Develop brand-aligned copy for campaigns, events, and activations.
 - Own and manage the company website, product pages, and campaign landing pages from a marketing perspective, ensuring they reflect brand identity and campaign goals.
 - Collaborate with the Design team to provide creative direction and ensure marketing materials are visually compelling and strategically effective.
 - Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets, including integrated campaigns, website landing pages, and paid advertising. Identify opportunities to elevate brand storytelling and quality.
 - Manage the monthly email newsletter, defining target audiences, frequency, and content goals to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
 - Monitor and analyze campaign performance across email, social media, and web platforms. Use insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
 - Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing efforts remain innovative and competitive.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in brand marketing, user acquisition, or integrated campaigns with a track record of driving growth and brand awareness.
 - Strong content creation skills across digital platforms, including copywriting, graphic design, and data-driven storytelling.
 - Ability to collaborate effectively with design and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive marketing solutions.
 - Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and translating data into actionable strategies.
 - Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and conversion optimization.
 - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management systems) for campaign tracking and reporting.
 - Ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels while adapting to evolving market demands.
 - Strong communication skills to articulate brand vision and campaign goals to stakeholders and team members.
 - Experience with content calendar planning and project management to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
