Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Production
- Develop company platform introduction PPTs and training materials, ensuring clear structure and visual consistency.
- Write video scripts and collaborate with design and video teams for production.
- Plan and publish platform news, industry trends, and insightful content.
- Knowledge Dissemination
- Regularly plan industry knowledge topics, draft articles, briefings, and short video scripts.
- Design knowledge-sharing schedules aligned with user needs and trending topics.
- Collaborate with the operations team for online/offline event promotion and content exposure.
- Training & Documentation Management
- Maintain and update training content libraries, case studies, FAQs, and other documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support internal platform training and external partner product presentations.
- Establish content data analysis mechanisms to optimize content delivery and reading experience.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, design, and event operations teams to align brand messaging.
- Collect user feedback and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in training operations or content planning; expertise in content system development is preferred.
- Strong PPT creation skills with structured thinking and course system design capabilities.
- Prior experience in event execution/community organization (e.g., agent conferences, online training camps) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, approachable demeanor, service-oriented mindset, and ability to deliver presentations effectively.
