Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive content operation strategy and produce high-quality content, including help center articles, instructional videos, graphics, and social media content.
 - Plan, edit, publish, and update daily content to ensure consistent output and continuous optimization.
 - Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using data insights to refine operational strategies and improve user reading, interaction, and conversion rates.
 - Promote content across multiple channels such as social media, email, and SEO to expand reach and influence.
 - Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and other teams to maintain brand communication consistency.
 - Conduct regular user research to identify needs and preferences, informing content direction and strategic adjustments.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in content strategy development and execution.
 - Strong writing, editing, and content production skills across various formats.
 - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize strategies.
