Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- User Feedback & Needs Insight
- Daily in-depth tracking of user feedback from Telegram and customer service channels.
- Transforming scattered feedback into clear "product requirements" through logical analysis, and collaborating with product and R&D teams to follow up on implementation.
- New Feature Promotion (Full Cycle)
- Content Planning: Responsible for planning content for new product feature launches.
- Content Creation: Independently produce promotional materials, including but not limited to Twitter threads, demo videos (short videos/tutorials), and poster copywriting.
- Distribution & Engagement: Manage multi-channel publishing, community interaction, and conduct data analysis and review of promotional effectiveness.
- Operation Campaign Execution
- Assist the team in executing various operational campaigns.
- Oversee campaign materials (communicating with designers or handling simple tasks independently) and conduct quantitative reviews of campaign performance.
Job Requirements
We expect you to have:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the Web3 industry, familiarity with memecoin on-chain operations, and an IELTS score of 6 or equivalent English proficiency.
- Content Creation Skills: Proficient in editing tools, capable of independently producing engaging and clear product demo videos.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Google Analytics or AI tools) to evaluate operational effectiveness.
- Communication & Empathy: Ability to think from the user's perspective with strong logical and expressive skills.
- Strong Execution: At the initial stage, we prioritize the ability to "get things done" and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
