Job Description
The primary responsibilities include collaborating with global market, technology, operations, and community teams to formulate and execute the company's international business expansion strategy. Leading strategic partnership negotiations and relationship establishment with the global Web3 ecosystem (including but not limited to public chains, top protocols, investment institutions, media, and KOLs) to expand application scenarios and revenue streams. Serving as the international face of the company, frequently participating in global industry summits, seminars, and social events to build and maintain high-value international networks, enhancing the brand's global influence. Overseeing localized expansion in key regional markets, identifying and leveraging local core resources and partners to drive business implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global teams to develop and execute international business strategies.
- Lead negotiations and partnerships with Web3 ecosystem players (public chains, protocols, investors, media, KOLs).
- Represent the company at global industry events to build networks and enhance brand visibility.
- Drive localized expansion in target markets by identifying and leveraging local partners.
Job Requirements
- Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Western business etiquette and confident, open communication style.
- Strong passion and knowledge of Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems.
- Proven track record in international business development or ecosystem partnerships (2+ years).
- Extensive experience participating in global events and representing companies professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network with key decision-makers in global public chains, investors, and projects.
- Successful case studies of partnerships with top-tier public chains or ecosystem projects.
- Experience in investment analysis or access to high-quality investment channels.
- Based overseas (preferably in Web3 hubs like Europe, US, Singapore) or frequent international travel.
