Job Description
The role involves collaborating with global teams in marketing, technology, operations, and community to formulate and execute international business expansion strategies. You will lead strategic partnership negotiations with key players in the Web3 ecosystem (including public chains, top protocols, investment institutions, media, and KOLs) to expand application scenarios and revenue streams. As the international face of the company, you will actively participate in global industry summits, seminars, and networking events to build and maintain high-value international connections while enhancing brand influence worldwide. Additionally, you will oversee localized expansion in key regional markets, identifying and leveraging local resources and partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Native or near-native English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Western business etiquette and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Deep passion for Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems with strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven negotiation and interpersonal skills with at least 2 years of international business development experience.
- Extensive experience participating in global industry events as a company representative.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established network within global public chains, investment firms, and key decision-makers.
- Track record of successful partnerships with leading blockchain projects.
- Experience in investment analysis or access to premium investment channels.
- Based overseas (preferably in Web3 hubs like Europe, the U.S., or Singapore) or willing to travel frequently.
