Job Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and expanding the company's global ecosystem. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and team leadership to achieve key business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's business strategy and global partnership plans
- Expand and maintain key relationships with exchanges, high-net-worth clients, project teams, institutions, KOLs, and communities
- Lead negotiations and implementation of joint operations, strategic partnerships, and investment collaborations
- Build and manage the business development team, setting goals, processes, and incentive mechanisms
- Be accountable for core metrics including user growth, trading volume, GMV, and channel revenue
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory policies to manage business risks
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to enhance the company's industry influence
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or BD leadership role in crypto/Web3 space, with established industry resources
- Deep understanding of exchange growth strategies and market expansion approaches
- Proven ability in independent negotiation, project execution, and team management
- Results-driven with strong resilience to pressure and ability to adapt to industry pace
- International resources and connections are preferred
