Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Business Manager. This role will be responsible for driving the company's derivatives business strategy and ensuring the successful execution of regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and execute the company's business strategy for the continent or region, setting business goals and implementation strategies for the derivatives business.
 - Build and manage the regional contract commercial team to ensure the achievement of overall regional business objectives.
 - Lead regional contract channel expansion and KOL strategy implementation, achieving full-chain integration from B-end business cooperation to C-end user acquisition.
 - Execute various marketing and promotional activities in the region as directed by headquarters.
 - Assist in driving the improvement and enhancement of the company's contract products.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
 - Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in derivatives or financial services.
 - Proven track record in team management and regional business expansion.
 - Strong understanding of B2B and B2C business models and marketing strategies.
 - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 - Fluency in English and the local language of the region is required.
