Job Description
As a Business Development Manager in the cryptocurrency sector, you will be responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), agencies, and core communities in target markets. Your role will involve establishing long-term, stable partnerships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online outreach to KOLs, agencies, and core communities in the cryptocurrency space to build and sustain productive relationships.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate rapid execution of business cooperation plans, effectively increasing platform user acquisition and contract trading volume.
- Lead communication and negotiation of partnership terms, leveraging platform mechanisms (e.g., rebate systems) to design viable commercial cooperation plans and finalize agreements.
- Regularly monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., registrations, deposits, trading volume) of partnership channels to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing, operations, and other teams to ensure efficient execution and resource allocation for business cooperation projects.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of business development (BD) or B2B sales experience in cryptocurrency, financial derivatives, or related fields.
- Established industry network with convertible KOLs, agents, or community resources; ability to provide relevant data during the interview process.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency contract trading logic and Web3 market trends, including mainstream business cooperation models.
- Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a goal-driven mindset to independently manage complex partnership projects.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English for daily cross-border business communication.
- Adaptability to fast-paced remote work environments with high accountability; primarily online-based with occasional business travel as needed.
