Job Description
This role focuses on market expansion and growth for contract-based business operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on potential partnership opportunities, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with traders, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and community managers. The primary objective is to drive platform penetration and enhance activity levels for contract products in target markets.
In alignment with the company's phased objectives, the candidate will develop and execute business expansion strategies aimed at continuously increasing trading volume and market share. The role requires ensuring performance targets are not only met but exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, KOLs, and community leaders.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase trading volume and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business expansion efforts with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within Web3 cryptocurrency exchanges, with a strong understanding of contract-based trading.
- Existing network of convertible local clients or partnership resources in Chinese-speaking regions.
- Native proficiency in Chinese with excellent business communication skills.
- Preferred candidates will have a track record of achieving monthly contract trading volumes exceeding $35 million.
