Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and establishing partnerships to enhance our platform's ecosystem and user base. This role involves designing and executing marketing strategies, expanding our network within the Web3 space, and collaborating with product teams to optimize user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Search for high-quality project partners, communities, KOLs, and other collaborative resources.
- Design and execute joint marketing activities, user acquisition, commission rebates, airdrops, and other strategies to establish an initial cooperative ecosystem.
- Increase the platform's brand exposure and user base through targeted marketing efforts.
- Expand connections with various Web3 projects, on-chain protocols, wallets, and communities.
- Establish a local or target market relationship network, build a partner database, and maintain a BD resource library.
- Assist the product team in optimizing based on user feedback and market data.
- Propose localized operational strategies to help products better fit target users.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including projects, protocols, and communities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to analyze market data and user feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with localized marketing strategies and cultural nuances in target markets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
- Existing network of contacts within the Web3 space.
- Fluency in multiple languages to support global partnership efforts.
