Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to develop and manage contract trading channels while driving regional business growth. This role involves strategic partnership development, performance management, and customer relationship optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage contract trading channels to ensure the achievement of monthly performance targets
 - Recruit agents, broker channels, and partners within the region, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and complete performance evaluations
 - Maintain customer relationships, explore user needs, and provide customized services to enhance satisfaction
 - Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to provide decision support for expanding regional sales channels
 - Organize and execute online/offline marketing activities for target users in the regional market to boost user engagement
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
 - 3+ years experience in channel development or sales management
 - Proven track record in partner recruitment and performance management
 - Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
 - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
 - Ability to organize and execute marketing events
 - Fluency in local language and business English preferred
