Job Description
This position is responsible for business development in target regions including Chinese-speaking areas, Germany, Southeast Asia, the United States, European Union, Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and Korea. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving trading volume targets to drive futures business growth in these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business expansion strategies in assigned territories
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the cryptocurrency futures market
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Meet or exceed monthly trading volume targets
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to headquarters
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales at a Web3 cryptocurrency exchange
- Minimum verifiable record of $50 million in monthly futures trading volume (proof required during application)
- Existing network of local clients or partners in at least one target region (Chinese-speaking areas, Germany, Southeast Asia, US, EU, MENA, CIS, or Korea)
- Fluent in English plus one native language of target region (Korean, German, Russian, etc.)
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency derivatives and futures markets
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
