Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our contract trading business through strategic partnerships and localized growth initiatives.
- Develop and implement localized growth strategies for contract trading business expansion.
- Establish and maintain key regional partnerships, including KOLs, trading teams, introducing brokers (IBs), communities, market makers (MMs), and other channel partners.
- Enhance platform trading volume, user engagement, and trading depth through agent system development, rebate mechanism design, trading competitions, and incentive campaigns.
- Conduct market research on local user trading habits and competitive landscape to continuously optimize BD strategies and growth plans.
- Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and risk management teams to achieve business targets.
- Candidates with prior business development experience in second or third-tier exchanges will be given special consideration.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract trading business development at any exchange is mandatory.
- Fluency in the target regional language is required; preference will be given to Chinese-speaking candidates or those of Chinese descent.
- Must be able to provide documented proof of trading volume growth in previously managed regions, with concrete examples of user acquisition and trading volume enhancement.
- Strong goal orientation with the ability to proactively identify market opportunities and implement strategies to drive user growth and trading volume.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
