- Lead the global expansion of Decent Wallet and establish Web3 partnerships.
- Aim to amplify brand influence in the Web3 market and create new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Manage ongoing relationships with global Web3 partners and identify follow-up collaboration opportunities.
- Plan and execute various collaboration models such as campaigns, content, and service integrations with partners.
- Define the direction of new services and launch strategies, designing GTM strategies for global markets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (planning, development, marketing) to realize partnerships and drive marketing activities.
- Analyze industry trends and ecosystem developments to derive insights for partnership planning.

Growth Opportunities
- Participate in global Web3 partner meetings or events.

Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or related fields.
- Understanding of Web3/blockchain markets and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
- Fluent business English for emails, meetings, and communications.
- Enjoy networking with diverse industry professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing Web3 projects or collaborating with communities.
- Crypto investment experience and practical use of Web3 wallets/DeFi services.
- Experience working with overseas partners or global community building.
