Job Description:
Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products
Be responsible for clients including various types of funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs, etc.), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals (whales)
Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders, understand and address their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
Lead and manage deals, coordinating independently with relevant departments—product, legal, and research—to ensure smooth deal closure.
Oversee the entire deal cycle, from initial cold outreach to contract signing and payment receipt.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in tech or finance.
Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD).
Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders, achieving successful outcomes.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean.
Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
Highly self-organized and disciplined.
Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
