Job Description
As a key member of the business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality project partners to establish strategic collaborations with BitKeep Wallet. This role involves building and maintaining long-term partnerships through professional communication, understanding the needs of project parties, and promoting the value proposition of BitKeep Wallet. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing cooperation strategies that align with the company's business goals, ensuring mutual growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and screening of potential project partners to identify those that align with BitKeep Wallet's strategic direction and market positioning.
- Develop and execute comprehensive cooperation proposals tailored to the specific needs of project parties, facilitating smooth collaboration through negotiation and coordination.
- Monitor the progress of implemented cooperation plans, evaluate their effectiveness using defined KPIs, and ensure the protection of the company's interests throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Actively participate in both online and offline blockchain industry events, including conferences, workshops, and meetups, to expand the company's network and visibility.
- Identify and leverage diverse channels for resource acquisition, such as industry forums, social media platforms, and professional networks, to build a sustainable pipeline of potential partners.
- Provide regular updates on partnership status, market trends, and project developments to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine partnership strategies, optimize collaboration processes, and enhance the overall value delivered to project parties.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with project partners through consistent communication, transparency, and mutual benefit-oriented approaches.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or partnership management within the blockchain or fintech industry, with a demonstrated track record of successful collaborations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate BitKeep Wallet's value proposition effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess project parties' needs, evaluate partnership potential, and develop data-driven strategies for collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and cryptocurrency ecosystems to understand the technical and market landscape.
- Experience with CRM tools and project management software to track partnership progress and manage collaboration workflows.
