Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to grow the derivatives trading user base in target regions.
 - Build and manage long-term partnerships with institutional clients and key ecosystem players.
 - Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitor activities to inform product and service enhancements.
 - Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal teams to optimize product offerings and marketing campaigns for target markets.
 - Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand professional network and business opportunities.
 - Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
 - 3+ years of experience in business development within financial services or fintech industry
 - Proven track record of successfully expanding user base and building strategic partnerships
 - Strong understanding of derivatives trading products and market dynamics
 - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
 - Fluency in English and at least one other major language relevant to target markets
 - Willingness to travel as needed for business development purposes
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of contacts in the financial services industry
 - Experience working with institutional clients in target regions
 - Knowledge of regulatory requirements for derivatives trading in key markets
 - Data analysis skills to evaluate business opportunities and performance metrics
