Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage contract trading channels to ensure the achievement of monthly performance targets.
- Recruit agents, broker channels, and partners within the region, including key opinion leaders (KOLs), and complete performance evaluations.
- Maintain customer relationships, explore user needs, and provide customized services to enhance satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, provide decision support, and expand regional sales channels to drive business growth.
- Organize online and offline activities for target users in the regional market to enhance user engagement and brand loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in channel development, sales, or business development, preferably in the trading or financial sector.
- Strong ability to recruit and manage agents, brokers, and partners, with a focus on performance evaluation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to maintain customer relationships and identify user needs.
- Analytical mindset to assess market trends and provide strategic decision support.
- Experience in organizing marketing activities, both online and offline, to boost user engagement.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
