Job Description:
This position focuses on Business Development (BD) in the North American English-speaking market. The role involves identifying and engaging with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), communities, channels, and potential partners to drive user growth and business collaborations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with KOLs, marketing channels, communities, and partners in North America. They will develop and execute market promotion and business collaboration strategies aligned with business objectives, continuously monitoring and optimizing the return on investment.
Additionally, the role requires staying updated on industry trends, user behavior, and competitor activities in the North American market to provide actionable insights for business expansion and market strategies. The candidate will also assist in facilitating business negotiations, implementing collaborations, and maintaining post-partnership relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with KOLs, communities, and potential partners in North America.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in the region.
- Develop and execute market promotion and business collaboration plans.
- Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities.
- Support business negotiations and partnership implementations.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in English as a working language, with strong communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
- Prior experience in business development, overseas markets, channel partnerships, or KOL collaborations is preferred.
- Familiarity with the North American market and existing connections with KOLs, communities, media, or channels is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or trading platforms; industry experience or trading background is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, resourcefulness, execution capability, and results-driven mindset.
- Chinese nationals are preferred; remote work is acceptable.

Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-based commissions.
