Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to design and develop our core systems, covering critical modules such as order processing, inventory management, payment systems, and revenue sharing. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the entire development lifecycle from architectural design to coding implementation and final deployment. A key focus will be continuously improving system stability, security, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend architecture for core business systems
- Develop and maintain order processing, inventory control, payment, and settlement modules
- Ensure system reliability through rigorous testing and performance tuning
- Implement security best practices across all backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Document system architecture and maintain technical specifications
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Go (or strong background in Rust/Java/C++ with ability to switch quickly)
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL with practical experience in high-concurrency scenarios including inventory deduction, idempotent order processing, and financial reconciliation
- Proven track record of independently delivering backend systems from scratch
- Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) as primary productivity tools
- Experience developing and maintaining custom Agent Skills with ability to design reusable AI instruction modules
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work asynchronously
