Key Responsibilities
- Brand Promotion: Actively promote the company and its products through social media, offline events, and local community channels to increase brand awareness.
- Community Management: Create and manage local communities, organize online or offline user events, attract new users, and maintain the engagement of existing users.
- Content Creation: Develop localized content (such as social media posts, articles, videos, etc.) tailored to regional characteristics and market demands to engage a wider audience.
- Market Research: Regularly gather and provide feedback on local user needs and market trends to assist the company in optimizing product strategies.
- Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute promotional activities to support brand events and attract more participants.
- User Support: Assist users in resolving relevant issues and provide timely support and guidance within social media or community platforms.
