As a core member of our team, you will contribute to the development and evolution of this transformative platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research, design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art AI generative models to enhance metaverse capabilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, whitepapers, and presentation materials to communicate research progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into Futureverse's ecosystem
- Engage in regular technical discussions with external partners, research labs, and industry stakeholders
- Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
- Provide expert insights to guide product development and user experience enhancements
- Ensure AI systems meet performance, security, and ethical standards through rigorous testing and validation
- Support the creation of scalable AI frameworks for enterprise and creator applications
Job Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in developing and deploying AI generative models (GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning algorithms, neural network architectures, and deep learning techniques
- Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and external partners across different time zones
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and distributed systems architecture
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and decentralized application development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of overcoming technical challenges in AI development
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible innovation practices
- Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative projects
- Fluency in English with additional language skills preferred for global collaboration
- Experience with metaverse development frameworks and 3D graphics technologies
- Strong project management skills with ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
