Over Protocol is a layer-1 blockchain developed by Superblock, based on a protocol called “Ethanos.” This protocol only recognizes active accounts, allowing all nodes to discard outdated data and operate with less storage, thereby reducing storage requirements. With Over, anyone can run a node on their home PC and become a validator.
