O3 Layer is a modular Layer 3 (L3) protocol built on Bitcoin, which utilizes Arbitrum's Orbit Stack technology and Avail as the Data Availability (DA) layer. It also introduces an "encrypted asset bridge" that aims to provide a secure, fast, and decentralized bridge between assets on different blockchains.
