Datalayer is a Layer 1 blockchain and smart contract protocol that introduces a local chain (a lightweight, user-owned parallel chain) to provide users with dedicated block space. It is specifically designed for high-frequency, low-cost assets and is targeted at areas such as artificial intelligence, DePIN (Decentralized Personal Identification), small payments, and Real World Assets (RWA).
