Canton Network

Canton Network is a public blockchain that offers institutional-level privacy, with a highly configurable privacy protection mechanism as its core feature. It boasts a large scale of tokenized assets on the chain, and its proven institutional-level capability synchronizes previously isolated systems with the configurable privacy and control required to unlock liquidity in the tradfi and cryptocurrency ecosystems. Canton is managed by the Canton Foundation and involves participation from financial institutions around the world, enabling real-time, secure synchronization and settlement across multiple asset classes on a shared, interoperable infrastructure. The network was initially developed by Digital Asset, has since been open-sourced, and is supported by its native token, Canton Coin. It also supports decentralized governance and the development of collaborative applications.
