Job Description
The User Lifecycle Operations role is responsible for designing and optimizing strategies across the entire user journey. This position focuses on defining core metrics and key touchpoints at each stage of the user lifecycle. The specialist will create and implement user journey maps covering onboarding, activation, retention, and loyalty programs. Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, data, and community teams is essential to deliver personalized and segmented user experiences. Through behavioral analysis, cohort tracking, and A/B testing, the specialist will continuously identify optimization opportunities. Utilizing CRM tools, email campaigns, community engagement, and in-app messaging, this role drives automated lifecycle operations to boost user engagement and retention. Regular monitoring and analysis of key metrics (conversion rates, retention rates, repurchase rates, etc.) will be required, along with producing optimization reports and strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user lifecycle strategies with clear KPIs
- Develop comprehensive user journey maps covering all touchpoints
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create personalized user experiences
- Conduct user behavior analysis and A/B testing for continuous improvement
- Implement automated lifecycle campaigns using various engagement tools
- Monitor and report on core lifecycle metrics with actionable insights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in user growth, lifecycle operations or CRM
- Experience in Web3/blockchain or internet/e-commerce/fintech industries preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, GA, Mixpanel
- Excellent cross-team communication and project management abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
