Job Description
We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Web3 product understanding and execution capabilities to take full responsibility for the product planning, requirement design, and implementation of our core products. This role will be involved in both Trading Alpha's on-chain trading products and Web3 gaming accessory projects, collaborating closely with founders, engineers, designers, and operations teams to drive continuous product iteration from 0→1 or 1→N. You will deeply engage in the design and decision-making of the following key issues:
- How to productize Web3 trading and assetization mechanisms
- Pricing, trading, incentive, and risk control logic for Alpha
- Assetization, trading circulation, and user experience of gaming accessories
- Product synergy between on-chain and off-chain systems
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning & Design: Responsible for product planning, feature design, and version iteration of core products. Break down strategic goals into clear, executable product solutions. Deliver high-quality PRDs, flowcharts, and prototypes (Figma/Axure).
- Web3 Product Implementation: Participate in core product design for Trading Alpha's on-chain trading, settlement, and incentive mechanisms. Contribute to NFT/gaming accessory assetization, trading markets, and item systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to design on-chain/off-chain interaction flows (wallets, signatures, contract interactions).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend/backend engineers, smart contract developers, designers, and operations teams. Drive requirement reviews, development scheduling, testing, and launch. Ensure efficient project progress and communication quality in a remote environment.
- Data & User Orientation: Monitor core metrics (conversion, retention, trading volume, GMV). Continuously optimize product experience based on user feedback and data analysis. Understand different user groups (Traders/Creators/Gamers).
Job Requirements
- Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above from 985/211 universities (Mandatory)
- 3+ years of product management experience (Web2/Web3 acceptable)
- Full product lifecycle experience (requirements → design → launch → iteration)
- Strong logical thinking to break down complex systems into executable solutions
- Excellent written communication skills for high-quality PRDs
- Web3/Blockchain Requirements (At least partially met):
- Understanding of Web3 fundamentals: wallets, private keys, Gas, smart contracts, on-chain transactions
- Preferred experience with: DeFi/Trading/Data/Trading products OR NFT/GameFi/Digital asset trading platforms
- Ability to communicate basic product-level requirements with smart contract developers (no coding required)
- Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with trading/financial/gaming products
- Knowledge/interest in Alpha, quant trading, signals, strategy subscriptions
- Startup or 0→1 product experience
- Good English reading/writing skills (for technical documentation)
