Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end talent recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain recruitment channels while actively expanding our Web3/technical talent pool
- Participate in employee relationship management initiatives including daily communication, conflict resolution, and satisfaction improvement programs
- Support performance evaluation processes including salary reviews and promotion procedures
- Contribute to the optimization of HR management systems and processes covering onboarding/offboarding, attendance, contracts, and document management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles
- Familiarity with Web3/technical recruitment is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms
