Test Development & Tooling
•Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts for core modules.
•Build and optimize internal testing tools and data generation scripts.
•Improve testing efficiency and coverage through CI/CD automation.

Project Execution & Quality Leadership
•Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and PM teams to align on delivery goals and milestones.
•Lead quality review meetings and drive issue resolution.
•Track key quality metrics (defect rate, regression frequency, automation coverage) and continuously enhance quality standards.

Risk Management & Incident Response
•Identify system bottlenecks and potential quality risks proactively.
