Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitor research to understand user needs and develop product improvement strategies
- Requirement Analysis: Collect, organize and analyze user requirements to produce high-quality product requirement documents
- Project Management: Track product development progress, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate cross-departmental resources to solve problems
- Product Launch: Oversee product launches and promotions, develop launch plans and monitor implementation effectiveness while collecting user feedback
- Data Analysis: Regularly analyze product data, evaluate performance metrics, and propose optimization recommendations
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in STEM fields
- Experience: 3+ years of exchange product experience (spot/contract products respectively)
- Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking with attention to detail
- Initiative: Passionate about building best-in-class products
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to coordinate across multiple teams
