Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive consumer-facing marketing campaigns with minimal supervision, leveraging market trends and audience insights to create impactful strategies tailored for retail users.
- Develop and monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, engagement metrics, ROI) to quantify campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and report findings to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
- Implement SEO and paid search strategies independently, including keyword research, on-page optimization, competitor analysis, and managing advertising budgets to achieve maximum reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create educational content about blockchain technologies, particularly staking and MEV, ensuring clarity and accessibility for non-technical retail audiences.
- Conduct regular performance analysis using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends in blockchain and DeFi to maintain a competitive edge in marketing strategies.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on consumer engagement, digital marketing strategies, and blockchain education for retail audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to define KPIs, interpret data, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, with a focus on actionable insights.
