Job Description:
The position is for a Listing Operations/Listing Assistant (Internship available). The role involves working closely with internal and external product and operations teams to optimize the listing process and strategies, continuously iterating on the listing guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential market-making and listing risks based on historical data, whitepapers, token economic models, protocol mechanisms, on-chain data, and market capitalization structures, providing foundational analysis. Additionally, the role includes tracking social media and community data to identify trending topics, formulating strategies, and executing them. The candidate will also monitor the market performance of listed tokens and produce structured reports to support decision-making. Lastly, the role involves assisting with daily departmental operations, including report generation, SOP maintenance, and updating confidential documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to refine listing processes and strategies.
- Analyze historical data, whitepapers, and token models to identify risks.
- Monitor social platforms and community trends to develop actionable strategies.
- Track market performance of listed tokens and provide data-driven insights.
- Support daily operations, including report generation and SOP maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Strong sensitivity to cryptocurrency market trends and familiarity with blockchain fundamentals.
- Data-driven with solid analytical and structured communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bonus: Understanding of whitepapers, token economics, protocol mechanisms, on-chain data, and market structures.
Benefits:
