Job Description
This position requires relocation to Singapore for on-site work after six months. The role focuses on maintaining and securing the core infrastructure of a global public blockchain network to ensure its safety, stability, and high efficiency. Key responsibilities include automating the deployment, monitoring, and management of worldwide blockchain nodes, handling chain upgrades, governance proposals, and providing 24/7 incident response. Additionally, the position involves building and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and utilizing tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes for infrastructure automation. Collaboration with development teams for testnet and mainnet upgrades is also a critical part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate the deployment, monitoring, and management of global blockchain nodes.
- Handle chain upgrades, governance proposals, and provide 24/7 incident response.
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Utilize tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes for infrastructure automation.
- Collaborate with development teams to participate in testnet and mainnet upgrades.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE or system operations, with expertise in Linux and networking.
- Proficiency in Python/Go/Shell and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes).
- Prior experience in public blockchain operations (e.g., node deployment, testnet validation) is preferred, but short-term experience is acceptable. Candidates with no experience but exceptional learning abilities will also be considered.
- Strong passion for blockchain technology and excellent troubleshooting skills.
