Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager for BIT Exchange. This role will focus on chain-based U.S. stocks and U Card business negotiations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, optimizing product roadmaps based on user experience and operational data, and collaborating closely with product and R&D teams to implement improvements. Prior experience with agents, chain-based U.S. stocks, or U Cards is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business negotiations for chain-based U.S. stocks and U Card partnerships on BIT Exchange.
- Develop and execute product optimization strategies based on user feedback and operational data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and R&D, to align business objectives with technical implementation.
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including agents and institutional partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant experience in blockchain operations.
- Prior experience with chain-based U.S. stocks or U Cards is essential.
- Strong market awareness and ability to derive actionable insights from user feedback.
- Extensive experience in blockchain product operations, with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate performance metrics.
- Background in business development for U Card or chain-based U.S. stock platforms is a plus.
