Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and edit short-form video content including promotional videos, product display videos, social media clips, and brand storytelling videos
 - Perform advanced editing and special effects processing on image materials to enhance visual storytelling
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative directors, copywriters, and marketing specialists to develop video concepts
 - Implement brand guidelines and visual style sheets to maintain cohesive aesthetics across all video projects
 - Manage video timelines and coordinate with production teams to ensure project deadlines are met
 - Conduct color grading, audio editing, and visual effects work to elevate video quality
 - Review and refine video content based on client feedback and brand strategy requirements
 - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging video editing technologies
 - Develop and execute video editing workflows for different project types
 - Ensure all video deliverables meet technical specifications and platform requirements
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing with a minimum of 2-3 years in the industry
 - Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
 - Strong understanding of video production processes and post-production techniques
 - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency in visual elements
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
 - Strong communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders and team members
 - Knowledge of video marketing strategies and platform-specific requirements (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
 - Experience with motion graphics and visual effects creation
 - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
 - Proficiency in video formatting, compression, and delivery protocols
 - Strong organizational skills for managing video timelines and project milestones
 - Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into compelling video content
 - Experience with video color correction and grading techniques
 - Knowledge of audio editing tools and sound design principles
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, or related field (preferred but not required)

 - Experience with video SEO optimization and metadata creation

 - Knowledge of video compression standards and file optimization techniques
